Philippe holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Laval University.
During law school, Philippe founded the Black Law Students Association of Laval University and was elected its president. He also completed a semester abroad at the University of New Caledonia.
Before law school, Philippe worked in a sports administrative tribunal in Montreal after completing his Masters in Sports Management at Western. A former college football student-athlete, he played for the Bishop’s University Gaiters and the Western Mustangs.
