Stephanie is an associate in Osler’s Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.
Stephanie obtained her LL.B. with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh Law School, where she served as Chief Copy Editor of the Edinburgh Student Law Review and as a member of the Review’s Editorial Board. She also holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a GDL in English law from BPP Law School. Prior to her legal studies, Stephanie received her B.A. in International Development and Communications from McGill University.
Stephanie summered in-house at one of Canada’s largest investment management firms before completing her articles with Osler in 2023.
