Rachel graduated from the JD program at Queen’s University Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, Rachel obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Western University, with a major in Psychology, and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto.
During law school, she took on the role of Managing Editor of Articles at the Queen’s Law Journal, served as a caseworker at the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic, and worked as a research assistant for Professors Colin Grey and Sharry Aiken.
