Dorsa has a broad commercial law practice, with an emphasis on franchising, distribution and supply chain, and consumer protection.

Dorsa assists franchise clients with the preparation of franchise agreements, disclosure documents, and related ancillary documents. Dorsa also has experience with other general commercial and contractual matters, including drafting terms of use, services agreements, consumer protection issues, e-commerce issues, advertising, marketing and promotions.

Dorsa joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm from 2023-2024. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Business Development Associate at a legal technology startup.
