Emilie is an associate in our Disputes group. She maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. Emilie obtained her J.D. from Queen’s University. She previously obtained her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from McGill University, where she graduated with distinction. While in law school, Emilie worked as a research assistant to Professor Alyssa King and studied trends in global civil procedure and international arbitration. In her second year, Emilie participated in the national bilingual Laskin moot in administrative and constitutional law as a bilingual oralist. The following year, Emilie served as student coach for the Queen’s Laskin moot team, which finished 2nd overall in Canada.
