Justin Kanji

Justin practices corporate and commercial law, focusing primarily on the areas of corporate restructuring, secured transactions, distressed acquisitions and divestitures, the enforcement of debtor and creditor rights, liquidations, and bankruptcy.

His experience includes representing debtor corporations, purchasers, lenders, and court officers in complex national and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.

Prior to joining Osler, Justin worked at the London (UK) office of an international law firm where he gained experience in multiple cross-border and domestic leveraged finance, restructuring and private equity transactions. In addition, he has worked on several contentious matters including corporate investigations and white-collar crime.
