Katharine is an associate with our Corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.
Katharine completed her JD at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. While in law school, Katharine worked as a Go-to-Market connector at the Faculty of Engineering Hatchery, App Development Lead at the University of Toronto Legal Hackers, and a caseworker with the Housing Law Division of Downtown Legal Services.
She also volunteered as a workshop facilitator for Law in Action Within Schools. Prior to law school, Katharine completed her BAH in Political Studies and a minor in Philosophy at Queen’s University, graduating with the Political Studies Medal. Katharine studied abroad at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
Katharine joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm in 2024.
