Kevin Feng

Kevin is a corporate and securities lawyer with expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

In his mergers and acquisitions practice, he frequently acts for sellers, acquirors, sponsors and public companies in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, particularly in the infrastructure and renewable energy space.

In his corporate finance practice, he regularly acts for issuers and for dealers on public offerings, private placements and cross-border transactions. He is frequently entrusted by clients with high stakes mandates, including the structuring of inaugural issuances.

He also has experience advising clients on various corporate governance matters. Kevin joined the firm as a summer student in 2015, completed his articles with the firm in 2016–2017 and returned as an associate in the Corporate group in 2017.

Kevin completed his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science (With Distinction) in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
