Laura is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring Group of our Toronto office.
She practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on corporate restructurings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and the Canada Business Corporations Act. Her experience includes representing debtors, creditors and court-officers in complex national and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.
Laura has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
