Nathalia is a Law clerk in the Corporate Group of our Calgary office, and she has been specializing in corporate law in both Civil and Common law systems.
She supports the maintenance of physical and virtual minute books, identifying deficiencies and drafting of documents required to keep entities current with their filing and disclosure obligations, including annual resolutions and annual returns, director/officer changes and other various company updates. She assists with filing extra-provincial registrations, annual maintenance, dissolution and registration/cessation of business names.
Additionally, she has experience in providing corporate due diligence reviews, preparing organizational documents for Alberta incorporations and various other share transactions.
Before living in Canada, Nathalia worked as a Lawyer at the Public Prosecution Office in Brazil for 8 years.
