In her role as Director, Talent & Operations, Parm is responsible for leading the people and office operations in the Vancouver office. She acts as a strategic and trusted advisor to the Partners and provides support to the Associates and business professionals by overseeing all talent-related initiatives. With over 20 years of management experience at major national law firms, Parm brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is particularly proud of having contributed to the successful and awesome growth of the Vancouver office over the past years and building a dedicated team of professionals. Parm is a member of the National Diversity Committee and also a co-lead of the regional Diversity committee and is passionate about creating an environment that is inclusive, welcoming and fun.
