Tina Saban is an associate in Osler’s Privacy and Data Management Group. She helps clients with a wide range of privacy, data management and cybersecurity matters, and has extensive experience dealing with data security incident response. Tina’s experience includes acting on a range of data security incidents in the private, health and public sectors, including multi-faceted data extortion attacks.
In addition to incident response, Tina’s practice also involves privacy advisory work, including helping clients navigate and manage privacy risks in day-to-day business decisions, advising on internal information management and governance practices, and reviewing privacy-related provisions in complex commercial agreements.
Tina has been recognized by Chambers and Partners as an "Associate to Watch" for Privacy & Data Protection, Nationwide.
