On July 15, 2025, Trusty announced that it secured a $1-million Pre-Seed financing round, co-led by Relay Ventures and Graphite Ventures and with support from Mistral Venture Partners and undisclosed angels.

Trusty is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered estate planning app, founded by Randy Frisch, co-founder of Uberflip.
