Chloe Asselstine

Chloe Asselstine is a Juris Doctor candidate at Queen’s University Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, Chloe earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, where she was awarded the E.H. Ambrose Gold Medal, and studied on scholarship at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, specializing in energy and international public policy. She has gained experience in regulatory compliance and investment banking at leading Canadian banks and consulting firms, most recently serving as a Global Compliance Analyst, where she developed AI compliance strategies and advised on privacy-related matters. At Queen’s, Chloe is involved with the Queen’s Business Law Clinic, supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with legal and strategic matters. Chloe is also committed to community engagement and advocacy, serving as a Board Member and Chair of Ambassadors for Brain Cancer Canada, where she has led fundraising and policy initiatives to advance pediatric brain cancer research.
