Marguerite is an associate in the Privacy and Data Management group in our Montréal office.
Marguerite’s practice covers a broad range of privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance matters. She regularly counsels clients on privacy and anti-spam legislation, assists with navigating regulatory investigations, data breach response, and access to information requests, and advises on risk management issues associated with emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and biometrics. Marguerite works closely with clients in the health, financial services, retail, media, and technology sectors.
In addition to her privacy and data management work, Marguerite advises on pharmacy and prescription drug regulation in Quebec.
